It’s that time of the year again - preparations to the js13kGames competition are in full swing. It runs yearly since 2012, so this edition is actually the tenth.
Nothing new, as expected - at least not from Enclave Games. There’s Triska Reloaded game though created by Rémi (and promoting the upcoming js13kGames competition) which is going to be published in a couple of days.
I wrote a blog post that the Grant for the Web CFP is open, and a couple on the js13kGames’ Medium blog: Countdown to js13kGames 2021, New Meetup group and an upcoming kick-off event, and New Decentralized category in js13kGames 2021.
Ewa focused on js13kGames as well: banners for the website and the blog posts, t-shirt design for 2021, and such.
Most of the month was taken over by js13kGames preparations. I’m quite stressed about the new website still not being ready - I can’t imagine running the competition AGAIN on the old one. It’s a mix between excitement for all the new things I had planned, a burnout preventing me from actually working on them, and the feeling of impending doom expecting everything to explode and burn in flames.
